We do not offer bulk billing for our consultations. We do offer discounts to pensioners and take into consideration extenuating circumstances.
Surgical procedures will incur a small out of pocket expense (known as gap payment) which is not rebatable from Medicare or private health insurance providers.

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION

Referral letter from GP (valid for 12 months) or another specialist (valid for 3 months)
Emailing the referral letter to admin@davidlamcolorectal.com.au prior to your appointment is strongly encouraged
Medicare Card (and DVA or pension card if applicable)
Private health insurance information
Relevant investigation results
